Policy on Lightning/Thunder: All players & coaches must leave the field and get into a vehicle or seek coverage. Play may resume ONLY after 30 minutes has passed with no further thunder or lightning. 30 minutes for every bolt or roar of thunder . . . NO EXCEPTIONS!
Our lacrosse season will begin March 12th and conclude right before Memorial Day. Games are Saturday, the 5th/6th grade players will begin with several in-house games against other Quix Stix teams and then will play games against surrounding townships, both home and away . Most home games will be at Valley Forge Middle School. Practices are twice a week at Valley Forge Middle School. Specific practice times will be provided by your coach. You should receive an email from your coach by March 1st.
All players will need a girl's lacrosse stick (no mesh), regulation eye gear, a colored mouth guard, and a water bottle. Turf shoes, cleats or sneakers can be worn. If you need equipment, please take note of the coupons offered on our website.
No jewelry of any kind is permitted (that includes friendship bracelets). If your daughter has earrings, they will need to be removed (many get lost on the field, please get in the habit of taking them out at home.) This is a safety rule and referees are very firm.
Players will receive a Quix Stix pinnie for use during the season. These pinnies belong to the league and are expected to be returned at the end of the season.

April 22nd -(tentative date) Quix Stix Clinic - Conestoga Girls Lacrosse hosts a clinic for our players, great day for all!

May 5th - sixth game
May 12th - seventh game
May 18th - Gumball Rally Lacrosse Tournament - optional for 5th/6th - (Upper Merion fields)
May 19th - eighth game
May 26th - Memorial Day Weekend
June 3rd - Wissahickon PAGLA Playday - optional for 5th/6th
