Registration will open October 1st, 2010
Please carefully note and follow these rules and instructions:
(1) Quix Stix is for girls who are residents of Tredyffrin-Easttown townships in grades 3 to 8. If you register between Oct. 1, 2010 and Dec. 31, 2010 you will be assigned to a team. Due to demand and if space allows, we will accept a few girls from outside T/E on a first-come basis. Please contact pioneerquixstix@gmail.com if interested.

(2) Registration runs from October 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010. If you are a resident of Tredyffrin or Easttown and register on or before December 31, 2010, you will be assigned to a Quix Stix team. We reserve the right to extend registration pass December 31, 2009. If registration is extended, there will be an additional $35 late fee added to the regular registration fee. Late registrants will be added to a "wait list" and assigned on a team ONLY if there is available space. If the late registrant can not be assigned on a team, the registrant will receive a full refund.
(3) Registration Fee is $120 for the 3/4 and the 5/6 program. The fee for the 7/8 program is $100. Your registration fee includes $25 for US Lacrosse. The USL fee is used for our insurance for the season. The remaining will go to Pioneer Quix Stix, Inc. to help cover the cost of pre-season clinics, uniforms, equipment, field rental and maintenance, referee fees, etc.
(4) Refund Policy: We are a non-profit organization and as such, 100% of our registration fees are used to support Quix Stix. Due to the nature of our program, equipment and services need to be acquired prior to the start of the season, therefore we have established a set refund policy below:
* The US Lacrosse fee of $25.00 will not be reimbursed regardless of date of cancellation.
* Cancellation prior to Dec. 31st: $50 of your original fees will not be refunded ($25 for USL and $25 for administrative) . Any remaining fees will be refunded directly to your credit card.
* After Dec. 31st there will be no refunds for cancellation.
(5) Financial assistance is available. If you have questions, send an email to PioneerQuixStix@gmail.com. All requests are kept strictly confidential.

Any additional players within the same family will receive a
$25 discount in the cost of registration. Refunds for additional players will be same as stated above.
