REGISTRATION for the 2009 SPRING SEASON is ONLINE ONLY and is now OPEN!

Please carefully note and follow these rules and instructions:

(1)  Quix Stix is ONLY for girls who are residents of Tredyffrin and Easttown in grades 3 to 8.  We will review registration lists against township maps and non-residents will be charged a $35 fee for the costs incurred associated with rejecting the application.

(2)  Registration runs from October 1, 2008 through December 1, 2008.  If you are a resident of Tredyffrin or Easttown and register on or before December 1, 2008, you will be assigned to a Quix Stix team. 

(3)  Registration closes at midnight on Dec. 1st.   LATE Registration begins Dec. 2nd through Dec. 31st.  Anyone who seeks to register after Dec. 1st will be put on a waiting list and will only be assigned to a team if space permits.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Late registrants will pay a $35/per player late fee in addition to the registration fee.

(4) Registration Fee is $110 for 3/4  and 5/6 and $100 for 7/8.  $25 of this will go to US Lacrosse for insurance/membership purposes.  The remaining will go to Pioneer Quix Stix, Inc. to help cover the cost of clinics, uniforms, equipment, field rental, referee fees, etc.  

(5) Refund Policy:  We are a non-profit organization and as such, 100% of our registration fees are used to support Quix Stix.  Due to the nature of our program, equipment and services need to be acquired prior to the start of the season, therefore we have established a set refund policy below: 

            * The US Lacrosse membership fee of $25.00 will not be reimbursed
                regardless of date of cancellation.
    
            *  Cancellation prior to Dec. 1st:  $60 of your original fees will not be 
                refunded ($25 for USL and $35 for administrative) .   Any
                remaining fees will be refunded directly to your credit card.

            *  After Dec. 1st there will be no refunds for cancellation.

(6) Financial assistance is available.  If you have questions, send an email to PioneerQuixStix@gmail.com.  All requests are kept confidential.

                *  US Lacrosse Number (NOTE - if you cannot remember your
                     daughter's USL Number, the system will retrieve it by using
                     your daughter's name, birthday, and phone number.)
                *   You may register more than one player prior to payment.  
                     Any additional players within the same family will receive a
                     $25 discount in the cost of registration to Pioneer Quix Stix.
                     The refund policy for additional players remains as stated
                     above.
