Indoor Winter Training Sessions - Motion Lacrosse

Designed for the advanced middle school and high school players in grades 5th - 10th, these training sessions are ideal supplemental training for elite players seeking to raise their game.  Motion's experienced staff will provide intensive training emphasizing individual skill development and tactical (game-awareness) development.  

Dates:  8 Saturday Sessions:  Jan 7, Jan 14, Jan 21, Jan 28, Feb 4, Feb 11, Feb 25, March 3

Times:  2:00 pm  - 4:00 pm for 5th & 6th graders, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm for 7th - 10th graders

Registration Fee of $45.00 per Player per Training Session

Training Packages:  3 winter training sessions for $120.00, 5 winter training sessions for $200.00, and 8 winter training sessions for $315.00

Indoor Goalie Training Sessions - Motion Lacrosse

Dates:  6 Saturday Sessions:  Jan 7, Jan 28, Feb 4, Feb 11, Feb 25, March 3

Times:  3:00 pm - 4:00 pm  for 5th & 6th graders,  4:00 pm - 5:00 pm for 7th - 10th graders 

Registration Fee of $25.00 per Player per Training Session

Training Packages:  3 goalie training sessions for $65.00, and 6 goalie training sessions for $125.00.

Beginner Skills Clinics

1 hour fundamental skill straining

30 minute "chalk talk" to review positions, rules, game strategy, etc

30 minutes of live scrimmage with referees
